During onboarding we build a pricing model from your actual rates — hourly or flat, by home size, distance, crew size, stairs, packing, and specialty items. You approve it before it goes live, and we adjust it anytime your rates change.

Who owns the leads?

You do — 100%. Every quote request comes from your own website and goes only to you. We never resell or share your leads.

Is there a contract or setup fee?

Monthly plans include a one-time $500 setup fee, but there's no long-term contract — it's month to month and you can cancel anytime. Pay yearly and the setup fee is waived. Full details are on our pricing page.
