This Refund Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and billing adjustments work for MoveQuotePro services. MoveQuotePro is a brand operated by Your Best Home Offer LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy is part of our Terms & Conditions.
The one-time $500 setup fee on the monthly plan covers the custom configuration of your quote widget, pricing engine, and branding. Because this work begins immediately after signup, the setup fee is non-refundable once onboarding has started. If you cancel before we begin any setup work, you may request a full refund of the setup fee.
The monthly plan is billed in advance, month to month, with no long-term contract. You may cancel at any time, and your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will keep access to the Services until that date. Monthly fees already paid are non-refundable, and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.
The yearly plan is a single upfront payment covering 12 months of service at a discounted rate, with the setup fee waived. If you cancel within 7 days of your purchase and before onboarding has begun, you may request a full refund. After onboarding begins or after 7 days, yearly payments are non-refundable, and your Services will remain active through the end of the paid 12-month term.
If you believe you were charged in error or charged twice, contact us within 30 days of the charge. Verified billing errors and duplicate charges will be refunded in full to your original payment method.
Refunds are not issued based on lead volume, booking rates, or revenue results. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, pricing, and follow-up process.
To cancel or request a refund, email [email protected] from the email address associated with your account. Please include your company name and the reason for your request. We respond to all requests within 3 business days, and approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes apply to purchases made after the updated policy is posted.
