MoveQuotePro provides an embeddable instant-quote widget and related marketing services for moving companies. We configure pricing logic based on rates you provide and approve. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your rates and for honoring quotes generated through your configured widget.
Fees for the Services are described on our pricing page and are billed on the schedule presented at signup. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable. We may change our fees with reasonable prior notice.
Leads captured through your embedded widget belong to you. You are responsible for using lead data in compliance with applicable privacy and marketing laws, including obtaining any required consents for follow-up communications.
All content, software, and materials that make up the Services are owned by Your Best Home Offer LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services as intended.
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to disrupt them, reverse engineer them, use them for unlawful purposes, or infringe the rights of others.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results such as lead volume or revenue will be achieved.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Your Best Home Offer LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Services.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time, subject to any active billing commitments.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
